I Hear the Sound...

I hear a sound. The rumblings of a world crying out for hope. Maybe that cry is echoed in your own life. Maybe you too feel dry, discouraged, even desperate….Maybe you are in need of refreshing and revival in your own soul. Maybe you need a touch from heaven.

I hear a sound. It’s the sound of worship rising. It’s the sound of heaven breathing on us, calling us into the throne room. It’s the sound of victory in the Church.

I hear the sound of an Open Heaven!

We are living in a prophetic time in history. I believe it’s not a coincidence that God laid on our worship band’s heart last year to record an album that I pray will bring a spirit of encouragement and victory in your life. We call our worship band “Open Heaven” because for the last 20 years our church’s mission has been to help people experience God face to face, and my heart as a worship leader is to use music to create an atmosphere for the miraculous to happen. Less talk, more experience. Less religion, more relationship.

I was honored to lead our worship team through the recording of this special worship project, "Live from Faith Life Church." We want it to proclaim God’s Kingdom come and His will be done, for such a time as this. If you're interested, just text HEAVEN to 51555 and take a listen! We pray that when you hear the live worship experience, you feel the presence of Jesus. Each song is packed with scripture, because we want faith to rise up on the inside of you. Through faith in God you can overcome any difficulty you are facing.

Even as we see darkness making a move for the hearts of men and women, I know victory is ours if we stay in agreement with heaven. Jesus has torn the veil that once separated God from mankind, and we now have open access to the very holy of holies. God has already given us the right to be His kids and to live a different kind of life.

He has called us to live a life that is constantly aware of eternity, aware that this world is not our home.

We need to live with one foot in heaven, like the martyr Stephen: “But, full of the Holy Spirit and looking up to Heaven, Stephen saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at God's right hand. ‘I can see Heaven wide open,’ he said, ‘and the Son of Man standing at God's right hand.’” (Acts 7:55-56, WNT).

So we invite you to come in and worship the King of Kings, the Anthem of the Ages. His Light illuminates this world when His people lift up a unified sound of worship and revival.

I hear the sound of this earth shaking under the glory and majesty and power of God!
